Adaptrade Builder is a scam?

anyone managed to build a valid live strategy? I tried for many months, all timeframes, and nothing works. I've checked it and problem is that Adaptrade Builder does not consider price movements inside the bars Hope I am wrong.... but looks like there are no miracles, just selling hopes
